No refund once the reader is opened
Because access is granted immediately and the content can be read at once, we do not offer refunds after the reader has been opened for the first time.
Before you open the reader
If you have paid but have not yet opened the reader, and you believe there is a genuine error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days at feelgood108@gmail.com and we will review it.
Payment problems
If money was deducted but access was not granted, contact support with your payment reference. We will fix access or refund the failed charge.
